Photos you upload are stored with our image hosting provider and are used to quote your job accurately. We may also use before-and-after photos of completed work as examples on our website or social media. If we do, we will never publish your name, full address or any identifying detail without asking you first. If you would prefer your property never be shown, tell us and we will not use it.

We share your information only where necessary to run the business:

HOW WE STORE IT

Your information is kept in our email account and business records, which are password protected. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet our tax and legal obligations, which is generally seven years. Photos from enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted once the quote is closed.
