Yes. Our plan rates are based on a standard Hills District residential block. If yours is larger, send through a couple of photos and we'll quote your property individually — same three-weekly service, same locked-in rate, just priced to match the size.

We won't mow a saturated lawn — it tears the turf and leaves ruts. If the weather stops us, we'll call or text you that morning and reschedule to the next available slot, usually in the same week. You're never charged for a visit we don't make.

No. Cancel anytime, no minimum term and no exit fee. Your subscription simply runs three-weekly until you tell us to stop. If you cancel and come back later, the joining fee applies again at current rates — your locked-in rate holds for as long as your subscription runs continuously.

It buys you a full year of lawn treatments and locks in your per-visit rate for that property. The treatment program runs twelve months from the day you start. Starter includes two weed controls and one fertilise. Elite adds three weed controls, two fertilises, a wetting agent, a grub treatment, an annual lawn health check and priority booking. Premium covers four weed controls, four fertilises, two wetting agents, two grub treatments and two lawn health checks — all included at no extra charge during your program year.

Your mowing continues exactly as it is — same three-weekly schedule, same locked-in rate. When your treatment program reaches the twelve-month mark you simply choose your program for the year ahead: stay on the same tier, step up, or step down. Your per-visit rate only changes if you change tiers.

Your rate is locked to the property it was quoted on, so a new address needs a new quote — block size and layout drive the price. If you're moving within our service area, let us know before you go and we'll quote the new place and carry your subscription across.

No. We only need access to your yard. If your side gate is locked, let us know the code or leave it unlatched on your service day. Nobody needs to be home, and we'll always leave gates as we found them.

You can. We'll put you on the same three-weekly round at our casual rate, from $130 a visit with no joining fee. You just won't have the locked-in rate or the treatment program — subscribers on the same schedule pay $110–$120 and have their weed control and fertilising included. Plenty of people start casual and switch across once they've seen the work.

Hedge trimming, garden clean-ups and one-off tidy-ups are all quoted on the job — send a few photos or your address and we'll price it. Weed control and fertilising can also be added to any visit, subscriber or not: weed control from $120, fertilising from $99, priced on your property size.
